With all the change in my life, how can I keep it all together?

God’s Response

This change of plans upset Jonah, and he became very angry. Jonah 4:1

Heaven and earth will disappear, but my words will remain forever. Mark 13:31

Change is the one thing that never changes. You can be sure that you will always face new challenges. Don’t be upset like Jonah when your plans are changed. Instead, build your life on God’s Word because its truth is changeless. When you face change, turn to God’s Word to maintain your perspective and keep you grounded. Remember the future inheritance that awaits you in heaven, beyond change and decay. That will give you peace.

God’s Promise

God has reserved a priceless inheritance for his children. It is kept in heaven for you, pure and undefiled, beyond the reach of change and decay. 1 Peter 1:4
