Change

How can I find the courage to face change?

God’s Response

LORD, you remain the same forever! Your throne continues from generation to generation. Lamentations 5:19

I am the LORD, and I do not change. Malachi 3:6

God above, who created all heaven’s lights . . . never changes or casts shifting shadows. James 1:17

Since change is inevitable in this life, take comfort in the Lord, who never changes. You can rely on his faithfulness that has not changed from generation to generation, his love that never shifts or dies, his promises that are rock solid, and his salvation that lasts for eternity. Cling to the One who controls the universe when your world spins out of control.

God’s Promise

God is not a man, that he should lie. He is not a human, that he should change his mind. Has he ever spoken and failed to act? Has he ever promised and not carried it through? Numbers 23:19
