How does God’s strength help me with my problems?

God’s Response

There is wonderful joy ahead, even though it is necessary for you to endure many trials for a while. These trials are only to test your faith, to show that it is strong and pure. It is being tested as fire tests and purifies gold—and your faith is far more precious to God than mere gold. So if your faith remains strong after being tried by fiery trials, it will bring you much praise and glory and honor on the day when Jesus Christ is revealed to the whole world. 1 Peter 1:6-7

The next time you face trouble or hardship, see it as an opportunity to rely on God for strength and endurance. If you can trust him with your pain, confusion, and loneliness, you will win a spiritual victory because you will have defended yourself against the temptation of the enemy to let anger, bitterness, or discouragement defeat you. God never promised to make your life easy; he did promise to be with you and to make your faith strong and pure through the trials and troubles of your life.

God’s Challenge

Abraham never wavered in believing God’s promise. In fact, his faith grew stronger, and in this he brought glory to God. Romans 4:20
