The more you worship Me as we walk hand in hand on the rocky terrain of life, the more you find unexpected joy, stronger faith, and growing confidence. You will discover that we can face anything together. The U-turns and detours help you learn the rhythm of facing difficult days with Me at your side.

When your problems seem insurmountable, take a break and rest without guilt. Everything doesn’t need to be done today. It will wait for tomorrow. Curl up in My embrace and let Me comfort you. Let go of your “I can do it myself” attitude and hear Me whisper, “I love you and I am here for you. I’m all-powerful, and I see your hurting heart and your physical pain.” Just as a parent comforts a child who is facing a hard day, I want to be your Comforter today. My everlasting arms are holding you.

The eternal God is your refuge, and his everlasting arms are under you.
