This is the day the Lord has made. We will rejoice and be glad in it.

Psalm 118:24

Set an alert on your phone for every day this week to remind you to ask yourself, “What can I thank God for today?”

When the alarm goes off, take a moment to thank God for whatever gifts come to mind—another day of life, family, a roof over your head, a smile someone gave you, an encouraging word you heard, or owning a Bible without fear of being persecuted.

The more you look for those things, the more you’ll discover that you have many things to be grateful for.
