Why is temptation so dangerous?

Some of Satan’s favorite strategies are to make sin look desirable and good, and to convince you that what is really true is false. He knows exactly how to confuse you. He knows you well enough to take advantage of your weaknesses. In fact, Satan is even now taking aim at the places where you are most vulnerable. Don’t let Satan trick you with lies. Arm yourself with the truth God gives you in his Word.

DIVINE PROMISE

Keep watch and pray, so that you will not give in to temptation. For the spirit is willing, but the body is weak! Matthew 26:41
