Psalm 119:130

Psalm 119—from verse 1 all the way to verse 176—is a tribute to God’s Word. If you’re ever doubting your faith or struggling with your beliefs, turn to this psalm. According to this snippet, God’s Word illuminates. It sheds its light of truth and helps us see things clearly.

In a world of ever-increasing darkness and confusion, where right is wrong and wrong is right, God’s Word can serve as a stabilizing force. It anchors us to what is true. It shines light on our circumstances, speaks to our hearts, helps us figure out our motives, and gives us direction for our lives.

Then, the second part of today’s verse offers this great promise: if we lack wisdom, God’s Word will give us profound understanding about how life works and how best to navigate it.

So if you find yourself confused or worried about the future, dig into God’s Word. God loves to speak to you through its pages, providing you with understanding and kingdom truth.
