mentoring - How could God use me to encourage godliness in younger generations?

You have heard me teach things that have been confirmed by many reliable witnesses. Now teach these truths to other trustworthy people who will be able to pass them on to others.

2 Timothy 2:2

Jesus said, . . . “Let me teach you, because I am humble and gentle at heart, and you will find rest for your souls.”

Matthew 11:28-29

Whoever wants to be a leader among you must be your servant, and whoever wants to be first among you must be the slave of everyone else.

Mark 10:43-44

MENTORING is more than formal training; it is sharing life. A mentor shares wisdom, life experience, and support to help the mentee learn and grow. Even if we feel like we have nothing to offer, God can use our unique life experiences and lessons. Perhaps he wants us to pass on what we have learned to the next generation of women. Is there someone younger or with less life experience that you can commit to building a relationship with? Remember that you are called to lead as a servant, and you are not solely responsible for someone else’s spiritual growth. Simply love another by listening, showing compassion, and being intentional. Keep in mind that God sent the Holy Spirit as your spiritual mentor. Spend time with God and he will help you to love and build relationships with others.
