Mediocrity

mediocrity - I often feel average and ordinary. What can I do to live an extraordinary life?

I knew you before I formed you in your mother’s womb. Before you were born I set you apart and appointed you.

Jeremiah 1:5

He chose to give birth to us by giving us his true word. And we, out of all creation, became his prized possession.

James 1:18

You are members of God’s family.

Ephesians 2:19

I cry out to God Most High, to God who will fulfill his purpose for me.

Psalm 57:2

YOU ARE NOT MEDIOCRE. God formed you, knows you, chose you, and calls you a member of his family when you put your trust in his Son. No matter how ordinary and insignificant your life may seem, God has promised that you are special and have purpose. Don’t be tempted to believe your life doesn’t matter. Walk with confidence and start living like you are a child of the Most High God because that is who you are. Your Father doesn’t just have something great in store for your future; he has something great in store for you today. If you feel trapped in mediocrity, reflect on God’s Word. Allow the truth to sink in that the almighty God will fulfill his purpose for you.
