Philippians 1:6

When troubles of any kind come your way, consider it an opportunity for great joy. For you know that when your faith is tested, your endurance has a chance to grow. So let it grow, for when your endurance is fully developed, you will be perfect and complete, needing nothing.

James 1:2-4

I will never forget this awful time, as I grieve over my loss. Yet I still dare to hope when I remember this: The faithful love of the LORD never ends! His mercies never cease. Great is his faithfulness; his mercies begin afresh each morning.

Lamentations 3:20-23

IN THE MIDDLE of a tough situation, giving up sometimes seems like the only option. However, when we feel like throwing in the towel, God provides another way. He offers to help us through his strength and supernatural power. When we stop striving and start praying, a miracle happens within us—we find hope to lift our spirits and faith to keep going. If you feel on the verge of quitting, step out in faith and ask God to help you get through just one more day. If you do this every day, eventually you will realize you’ve made it through the difficult season. When you’re on the other side, you will discover things about God you hadn’t previously experienced—and strength you never knew you had.
