Psalm 46:10 FRUSTRATION is like the blinking “check engine” light on the dashboard of our souls, telling us that something inside is not right. When we find ourselves becoming easily irritated, snapping at others, or abruptly losing our tempers, it is time to get alone with the Lord and look at our souls. Sometimes making some space to reconnect with God feels impossible, yet it could be the most important thing we can do for ourselves and for our relationships with others. God is not disappointed by our frustrations but rather invites us to pour out our hearts to him about them.
