TOO OFTEN we think about our effectiveness in individualistic terms. How can I make an impact as a Christian woman? What can I do? But God works through groups of people too, especially families. When a group of people is passionate about serving God, together they can make an enormous impact. How can your family be influential for God? Start by praying, not just for the individuals in your family but also for your family as a whole. Look for opportunities in your neighborhood, schools, and church to serve together. If you are faithful to pray together as a family and have hearts that are willing to serve, God will use your household in great ways! You never know what impact your family could have on someone’s life.
