The heavens proclaim the glory of God. The skies display his craftsmanship. Day after day they continue to speak; night after night they make him known.

Psalm 19:1-2

Beautiful words stir my heart. I will recite a lovely poem about the king, for my tongue is like the pen of a skillful poet.

Psalm 45:1

There will be an abundance of flowers and singing and joy! The deserts will become as green as the mountains of Lebanon, as lovely as Mount Carmel or the plain of Sharon. There the LORD will display his glory, the splendor of our God.

Isaiah 35:2

You are worthy, O Lord our God, to receive glory and honor and power. For you created all things, and they exist because you created what you pleased.

Revelation 4:11

ALL NATURE sings and displays beauty that surpasses the finest music, poetry, and creative genius of all human artists put together. God the Creator is a God of design, color, beauty, and order. The great art of the world only copies his creation. The finest model of craftsmanship and artistic skill is found in the universe he made. Our own creativity is the overflow of hearts and minds filled with the good things of God. As you create, remind yourself that you’re expressing how you were made in the image of God.
