A prayer about Worry

When I’m overcome with worry

Father God,

My circumstances are overwhelming me, but by your strength I will refuse to worry. When bad situations come my way, I need your help to turn my fears into confident prayer. I bring my needs to you in thanksgiving for what you have already done, and I trust that you will bring fruit out of these difficult times.

Don’t worry about anything; instead, pray about everything. Tell God what you need, and thank him for all he has done. Philippians 4:6
