A prayer about the Church

When I am blessed by fellowship

Lord,

All my good friends are wonderful gifts. But the fellowship I experience at church among other believers is unique because you, almighty God, are present there. Thank you for fellowship where I can share honestly about the things that really matter, receive encouragement to stay strong in the face of temptation and persecution, and hear your wisdom for dealing with problems.

Let us not neglect our meeting together, as some people do, but encourage one another, especially now that the day of his return is drawing near. Hebrews 10:25
