A prayer about Purpose

When I want to live more purposefully

Father God,

I thirst for more understanding about my life. I want to know why you made me and what you call believers to do. But you have not left me without resources. Your Word will tell me exactly what I need to know to have a purposeful life. May I have the wisdom to apply it, that I may live with renewed energy and direction.

Cry out for insight, and ask for understanding. Search for them as you would for silver; seek them like hidden treasures. Proverbs 2:3-4
