A prayer about Perfection

When my perfectionism is hindering my relationship with God

Lord,

Sometimes my perfectionism keeps me from acting. I’m so worried about messing something up that I wait and wait for the perfect opportunity. But you don’t ask for perfection. In fact, you love working through imperfect people and circumstances! Teach me, Lord, that all you ask is for me to follow you at every opportunity. You’ll take care of the rest.

Even perfection has its limits, but your commands have no limit. Psalm 119:96
