A prayer about Panic

When I’m frightened

Lord God,

I’m experiencing panic, and I’m physically and emotionally paralyzed. I don’t know how to deal with this fear, but I know you are with me. Your job is to rescue me; my job is just to trust you and then give you the credit for your help. What a comfort to know that I don’t have to solve everything! As I rest in the knowledge that you are in control, I know I will experience peace instead of panic.
