When I don’t see transformation in my life

Lord,

I get discouraged when I don’t see a lot of change in my life. I am impatient, but I know that real change doesn’t come overnight. You are giving me a new way of thinking. Your process of transformation takes a lifetime, but it is certain—you never fail. I am your work of art in progress! I trust you to work in me at just the right pace.

I am certain that God, who began the good work within you, will continue his work until it is finally finished on the day when Christ Jesus returns. Philippians 1:6
