A prayer about God’s House - Being glad to go to church

FATHER,

As I prepare for worship today, I thank you for the community of believers in which you have placed me. I love being in your house with my brothers and sisters in Christ. In this place I am taught, challenged, comforted, and loved. There I can use my gifts and serve. Most important, I know you are with us.

I was glad when they said to me, “Let us go to the house of the LORD.” Psalm 122:1
