A Prayer About Judging Others

When I make assumptions about people’s actions

ALMIGHTY GOD,

I am so quick to judge others, especially their motives. If I am late, I have a good reason (or so I think). But if someone else isn’t on time, I assume the worst. I do the same with how people spend money, dress, or miss deadlines. Forgive me, Lord. Help me to think the best of people, and even when they slip or sin, to be quick to forgive.

Do not judge others, and you will not be judged. Do not condemn others, or it will all come back against you. Forgive others, and you will be forgiven. Luke 6:37
