When my faith needs to develop

HOLY SPIRIT,

I feel as though I’m still a baby Christian. I see mature believers who know much about the Bible and theology. Others haven’t followed you long, yet their faith seems strong. When I first believed, I enthusiastically read the Bible and shared my faith. Lately, not so much. Lead me to someone who can mentor me in the faith. Rekindle my desire to spend time with you. Help me grow up.

Like newborn babies, you must crave pure spiritual milk so that you will grow into a full experience of salvation. Cry out for this nourishment. 1 Peter 2:2
