A Prayer About Future Dreams

When I consider my desires and goals

LORD JESUS,

I have big plans for the future. And I’m prepared to work hard to achieve my goals. But I want to honor you in all I do. I know I should be a good steward of the resources you have entrusted to my care, and I want all my plans to align with your will. I also know I will be tempted to try to get ahead by using means that are not centered on you. Help me resist and make godly choices.

It is pleasant to see dreams come true, but fools refuse to turn from evil to attain them. Proverbs 13:19
