A Prayer About Exhaustion

When I feel wiped out

MY SAVIOR,

Every step seems to take all my energy as this day winds down. Burdens weigh on my mind and emotions—I feel wiped out, drained, totally exhausted. I am desperate for rest and refreshment. You said that those who are weary should come to you. So I’m doing that right now. I name each of my burdens, turning them over to you. In their place, please put your yoke on me, I pray. I love you, Jesus.

Come to me, all of you who are weary and carry heavy burdens, and I will give you rest. Matthew 11:28
