A Prayer About Evidence

When I want proof

LORD ABOVE,

Some people want spectacular signs that you exist. Others believe in a Creator but aren’t sure about Jesus—they want proof that he is God. I know because I’ve seen the evidence, especially your work in me. But at times, I catch myself wanting even more confirmation. Help me overcome my unbelief, Lord, and help me lay out the evidence for others, that they might also believe.

Jesus replied, “I have already told you, and you don’t believe me. The proof is the work I do in my Father’s name.” John 10:25
