A Prayer About Burnout

When I have reached the end of my energy

LORD,

I’m mentally and emotionally exhausted from dealing with complex issues, solving problems, and handling interruptions. Stressed, overwhelmed, burned out—I’m not sure how much more I can take. But when I read your Word, I realize that I have been doing everything in my own strength rather than depending on you. Help me trust you, Lord. And give me strength to soar.

Those who trust in the LORD will find new strength. They will soar high on wings like eagles. They will run and not grow weary. They will walk and not faint. Isaiah 40:31
