God created sex. He made men and women as sexual beings—to reproduce and replenish the next generation and to express love toward and delight in one another. The sexual relationship is a key part of husbands and wives becoming one in marriage. God intended sex to be a good thing within the context of a committed marriage relationship.

God clearly allows us to love and delight in sex within marriage. Sex is not for reproduction only, but for a bonding of love and enjoyment between husbands and wives. Sex is a significant contributor to intimacy in a marital relationship.

When marriage becomes routine, it is important to rekindle the fires of sexual intimacy.
