I talk to women all over the world, and many have bought into the lie that we are the second sex, that we do not matter as much as men, and that we are not gifted as importantly as men. If this is the story running in the background of your life, I want you to know: you are not less than.

Women from all walks of life have confided in me their own struggles with this kind of shame—from CEOs to sales clerks, from ministry leaders to stay-at-home moms. A shocking number of us struggle with the less than lie.

Woman, God created you on purpose, for a purpose. He did not make a mistake when He made you a woman. You were predestined, predetermined, and preordained to be who you are—a divine creation. God carefully and by design placed gifts and talents within you, and He has called you to activate them and use them to influence others for His glory.

Share your light, reach out to others, and never be stopped by the idea that you should shrink back, be quiet, limit your horizons, or temper your ambitions. The world needs what God has deposited in you. He does not want you to be restricted by any limitations—but rather He intends to unleash you and all your potential into your kingdom purpose.

God, thank You for creating me intentionally. Help me live and love without limitations.
