How can I bring happiness to others?

Love each other with genuine affection, and take delight in honoring each other. Romans 12:10

In addition to our own encouragement, we were especially delighted to see how happy Titus was at the way you welcomed him and set his mind at ease. 2 Corinthians 7:13

When others are happy, be happy with them. Romans 12:15

While we cannot make another person totally happy, we can bring a bit of delight into their day. By taking a few moments to write a note of encouragement, call to check on them, run an errand, or do a favor, we can brighten someone’s life by showing that we care. Whether we are sharing an amusing moment, celebrating a happy event, shouldering a burden, or shedding tears of mutual sorrow, people know we care when we spend time with them. Time spent in serving and loving others is never wasted, and it brings much happiness to both the receiver and the giver.
