How can I show others that I care about them?

I was naked, and you gave me clothing. I was sick, and you cared for me. I was in prison, and you visited me. Matthew 25:36

Are you an all-or-nothing believer? Too often we think that if we are not doing something big for God, we might as well do nothing. Don’t confuse big with significant. A simple act of kindness (a phone call, a note, making dinner for a shut-in, watching babies in the nursery) is not big in the world’s eyes, but it is significant to God. Even giving a cup of cold water brings God’s approval.

God’s Challenge

Pure and lasting religion in the sight of God our Father means that we must care for orphans and widows in their troubles, and refuse to let the world corrupt us. James 1:27
