How does God help me deal with my pain?

God’s Response

In all their suffering he also suffered, and he personally rescued them. In his love and mercy he redeemed them. He lifted them up and carried them through all the years. Isaiah 63:9

The Holy Spirit helps us in our distress. For we don’t even know what we should pray for, nor how we should pray. But the Holy Spirit prays for us with groanings that cannot be expressed in words. Romans 8:26

It is easer to deal with pain when someone is helping you through it. God feels your pain. He knows what you are going through and is in the best position to help you. He wants you to put your pain on his shoulders so he can bear it for you.

God’s Promise

Give your burdens to the LORD, and he will take care of you. He will not permit the godly to slip and fall. Psalm 55:22
