Mind Of Christ

The Bible says I have the “mind of Christ.” What does that mean?

God’s Response

“Who can know what the Lord is thinking? Who can give him counsel?” But we can understand these things, for we have the mind of Christ. 1 Corinthians 2:16

You are controlled by the Spirit if you have the Spirit of God living in you. Romans 8:9

God alone made it possible for you to be in Christ Jesus. For our benefit God made Christ to be wisdom itself. He is the one who made us acceptable to God. He made us pure and holy, and he gave himself to purchase our freedom. 1 Corinthians 1:30

You have the mind of Christ because, through the guidance of the Holy Spirit, you have insight into God’s purpose and plan for his people. You are able to invite the Holy Spirit into your thought life to give you wisdom and discernment that is not available to those who don’t belong to God. God also speaks to your spirit as you read the Bible and talk to him in prayer.

God’s Promise

This is the new covenant I will make with my people on that day, says the Lord: I will put my laws in their hearts so they will understand them, and I will write them on their minds so they will obey them. Hebrews 10:16
