How can I serve God today?

Love the LORD your God, walk in all his ways, obey his commands, be faithful to him, and serve him with all your heart and all your soul. Joshua 22:5

Choose today whom you will serve. . . . But as for me and my family, we will serve the LORD. Joshua 24:15

Every day presents new choices. The choice that you can always make —and only you can make it —is to honor God and obey his Word. This puts you squarely in the center of his will and makes you available to serve him. It is not complicated, but it is a challenge to put God ahead of everything else. Joshua urged the Israelites to worship and honor God alone and to steer clear of the gods of the people in their new land. Each day offers the choice to serve the Lord.
