How can I be a blessing to others?

God’s Response

I long to visit you so I can share a spiritual blessing with you that will help you grow strong in the Lord. I’m eager to encourage you in your faith, but I also want to be encouraged by yours. In this way, each of us will be a blessing to the other. Romans 1:11-12

We always thank God for all of you and pray for you constantly. 1 Thessalonians 1:2

Thanks be to God, who . . . leads us along in Christ’s triumphal procession. Now wherever we go he uses us to tell others about the Lord and to spread the Good News like a sweet perfume. 2 Corinthians 2:14

We bless others by praying for them, thanking God for them, and even by reciting Scripture verses such as these in their presence. When you spend time with others and share how God has worked in your life, they are blessed because they know that you care enough to seek God’s favor for them. As you pass on the blessings God has poured on you, you bless others both physically and spiritually. Encouraging others with God’s Good News is the best way to bless them forever.

God’s Promise

All who are victorious will inherit all these blessings. Revelation 21:7
