How do I know God will keep his promises?
God’s Response
God has given us both his promise and his oath. These two things are unchangeable because it is impossible for God to lie. Hebrews 6:18
No, I will not break my covenant; I will not take back a single word I said. . . . I cannot lie. Psalm 89:34-35
This truth gives them confidence that they have eternal life, which God—who does not lie—promised them before the world began. Titus 1:2
