Freaky Friends

How can I be friends with certain people if I know it will mean losing other friends?

What you’re really asking is, “If I seek out Christian friends—or hang out with the weird ones—I’m going to lose my non-Christian friends. They’re going to write me off as a freak.” This may happen, and the really sad part will be realizing that they weren’t such good friends after all. It hurts to have people turn their backs on you. Your job is to continue to love them even when they reject you. It’s a tough job, but that’s what Jesus has done for you!

This Is Promising

I once thought these things were valuable, but now I consider them worthless because of what Christ has done. Philippians 3:7
