Enthusiasm

So it’s okay to be enthusiastic about my faith? I thought my faith was all so serious.

God’s Response

In fact, it was your enthusiasm that stirred up many of the Macedonian believers to begin giving. 2 Corinthians 9:2

Work willingly at whatever you do, as though you were working for the Lord rather than for people. Colossians 3:23

So the LORD sparked the enthusiasm of Zerubbabel . . . and the enthusiasm of the whole remnant of God’s people. They began rebuilding the house of their God, the LORD of Heaven’s Armies. Haggai 1:14

The Christian life is a serious decision, but the decision to follow Jesus brings great delight and joy. In fact, Jesus urges us to serve him enthusiastically, joyfully, and with a great sense of delight. So celebrate and enjoy every moment of life! Be energetic about what God has given you to do, and do it with all your heart. Your enthusiasm will be infectious!

This Is Promising
