Crowded Out
Crowded Out
If God really loves me, why do I feel like a nobody in the crowds at school?
God’s Response
O LORD, . . . you know everything I do. . . . Such knowledge is too wonderful for me. Psalm 139:1-3, 6
The very hairs on your head are all numbered. So don’t be afraid; you are more valuable to God than a whole flock of sparrows. Luke 12:7
There are different kinds of spiritual gifts, but the same Spirit is the source of them all. . . . A spiritual gift is given to each of us so we can help each other. 1 Corinthians 12:4, 7
You may feel that you disappear into the crowd, but you are not invisible to God, who knows everything about you. He created you for a relationship with him and gave you a purpose in life. No one else is like you or can do what he created you to do, so he gave you a special role on earth. This makes you extremely valuable to him. As you walk through the crowds today, remember that you are somebody special to God. Get close to him so that you can feel his love and discover what he wants you to do.
This Is Promising
I am with you always, even to the end of the age. Matthew 28:20
