Can I really make a difference in the world?

God’s Response

Those who look to him for help will be radiant with joy; no shadow of shame will darken their faces. Psalm 34:5

I have called you back from the ends of the earth so you can serve me. For I have chosen you and will not throw you away. Isaiah 41:9

God has a plan that is just for you—a purpose for your life that no one else can fill. God also knows that you are limited and need his help. Acknowledge God’s authority each day by confessing your need for him, honor God by consulting him in prayer, seek wisdom in his Word, and then consider whether your actions are consistent with what you have read. God will guide you. Since God made you with such a specific purpose in mind, he will surely help you become a man that makes a difference in the world.
