How does God show his love for me?

God’s Response

I, the Son of Man, have come to seek and save those who are lost. Luke 19:10

The law was given through Moses; God’s unfailing love and faithfulness came through Jesus Christ. John 1:17

When I am lifted up on the cross, I will draw everyone to myself. John 12:32

If you lose something precious to you, you search everywhere until you find it. You never give up looking for it. Likewise, you are precious to God. He pursued you when you were lost in sinfulness, and he continues to pursue you whenever you wander from him. He shows his love for you every day by drawing you to himself.

God’s Promise

God showed how much he loved us by sending his only Son into the world so that we might have eternal life through him. 1 John 4:9
