My friend Wayne Hastings once consulted on a project for DreamWorks, the Hollywood film-production company founded by three legendary entertainment moguls—Steven Spielberg, Jeffrey Katzenberg, and David Geffen.

The project was huge, and everyone was under extreme pressure. They were all working to the limits of their abilities.
