Answers Before You Pray

Answers before You Pray

[God said,] “I will answer them before they even call to me. While they are still talking about their needs, I will go ahead and answer their prayers!”

Isaiah 65:24

HAVE YOU EVER barely voiced a prayer when you received the answer? Have you ever been about to cry out to God, and lo, the situation was fixed right before your eyes?

This has probably happened to all of us. God knows our prayers even before we utter them. He understands our needs. He goes ahead of us and plans to meet those needs even before we’ve thought about them. His plan encompasses our whole future, even into eternity.

That doesn’t mean we shouldn’t pray, but it’s a great promise nonetheless. God cares enough to plan his actions in light of our needs even before we’ve thought about them or prayed about them.

God cares so much about each of us that he is intimately involved in every aspect of our lives. He promises to hear us even before we speak and to start working even before we’ve reached the point of need. He delights in answering our prayers and demonstrating his power.
