Nothing Is Impossible With God

GREAT PHYSICIAN OF BODY, SOUL, AND MIND, my heart quickens whenever I read the account of how you healed a man with advanced leprosy. The deformed man presented you with a huge request. He needed you to do something that seemed impossible. I identify with that man; I can stand right alongside him. I’m aware of circumstances in my life and in my family’s and friends’ lives that seem impossible too.

I love how the man with leprosy approached you. When he saw you, he bowed down with his face to the ground and begged you to heal him. He said, “Lord, if you are willing, you can heal me and make me clean.”

The way you responded to him, Lord, was beautifully tender. You reached out, touched the leprous man, and said, “I am willing. Be healed!” And instantly, he was.

I want my posture and attitude to be like the man in this story, Lord Jesus. I want to approach you reverently and directly with things that seem impossible to me and to the people around me. Thank you that with you, all things are possible.
