Psalm 57:2

I cry out to God Most High, to God who will fulfill his purpose for me.

Most people long for a life of purpose and impact. And yet for so many, life feels empty and meaningless. This verse affirms the truth that God has a purpose for each person and is working to make it come to fruition for those who will let him. There may be seasons when life feels dull and aimless, but that doesn’t mean God isn’t at work. Choose to trust that he is opening doors to help you fulfill the purpose he has for you, even when you can’t see or understand what is going on. Be alert to those doors opening. If you wake up every day intent on loving God and following him and watching for his lead, he promises that his plans and purpose for you will be fulfilled.
