John 1:12-13

To all who believed [Jesus] and accepted him, he gave the right to become children of God. They are reborn—not with a physical birth resulting from human passion or plan, but a birth that comes from God.

The beautiful thing about the Christian faith is its inclusivity, which doesn’t discriminate based on who a person is, where they come from, or what they look like. Eternal salvation belongs to all who accept the truth that Jesus is God’s Son and believe he died to take the punishment for their sins and was then resurrected. These verses also prompt an important question: How would my life be different if I always acted on the truths that I’m accepted by God and he considers me his child?
