Pray About It: There’s a misconception that the great men and women of the past were spiritual giants, not given to the same faults we have. And yet many of them had their moodiness, their pride, their feelings of abandonment.
Even David experienced all of this, and more. You can enter your prayer time knowing that you serve the same God as these weak believers we now recognize as normal men and women who simply relied on God being with them.
Forget your weakness. God is with you.
My faith consisted of a high notion and esteem of God, and I had no other care at first but to faithfully reject every other thought.
