As we gaze upon the wonders of creations, we look up towards the heights of a God who is merciful in His ways and magnificent in His deeds. The life of worship always points us upwards.

Enjoy the world I made for you. Make some space in your day to focus on the beauty around you. Walk outside and look for the variety in My creation—the trees, the flowers, and the birds. Each one is unique. Take a deep breath. Feel the gentle breeze. When your life is complicated and you feel pulled in too many directions, consider these everyday wonders.

You may not be able to spend time in My creation due to harsh weather or desolate surroundings, but even then, you can look up. Take in the majesty of the sky. Trace the outline of the clouds. Ponder the landscape in front of you. Hear Me whisper, “I made these things for your enjoyment, and I designed a beautiful place for you to live.” When life comes crashing in around you, practice the habit of concentrating on My handiwork in nature. Worship Me. Speak out loud about what you observe. Keep looking up, and your heart will be heaven-focused, not earthbound.

For ever since the world was created, people have seen the earth and sky. Through everything God made, they can clearly see his invisible qualities—his eternal power and divine nature.
