Safety

Safety

Safety does not depend on our conception of the absence of danger. Safety is found in God’s presence, in the centre of His perfect will.

T. J. Bach

I am your safe place. When the fears of an upside-down world make you feel defenseless, come to Me. The enemy wants you to believe that I am not responding to your needs and that I no longer care about safeguarding you from mental, physical, emotional, and spiritual attacks. But he is a liar and a deceiver. My concern for your well-being has not changed. I’m right here—in the same place I’ve always been—longing to provide you with a safe place in the center of My will. Come to Me. Those who live in the shelter of the Most High will find rest in the shadow of the Almighty.

The assurance of My protection is up to you. I will never force you to accept My shelter, but I am always available to provide all the security you need. When you accept My safe haven, I will cover you with My wings, like a mother hen protects her chicks. My promises will be your armor and protection. I am your refuge and strength. I will guard you at all times of the day or night (Psalm 91:4-5). You can rest in My arms, knowing that while you sleep, I am awake, watching over you.

Those who live in the shelter of the Most High will find rest in the shadow of the Almighty. This I declare about the LORD: He alone is my refuge, my place of safety; he is my God, and I trust him.

Psalm 91:1-2
