God is God. If He is God, He is worthy of my worship and my service. I will find rest nowhere but in His will, and that will is infinitely, immeasurably, unspeakably beyond my largest notions of what He is up to.

The key to knowing My will is to obey the Holy Spirit. If you are willing to trust Me, obey Me, and live a holy life, I will reveal Myself to you and make known the next steps you need to take. Some of those steps are life altering; others are day-to-day decisions that will keep you in line with My will. Yet sometimes you question why I allow certain things to happen, and you desire an easier path.

My child, you have been reluctant to trust Me with the details of your life, fearing that your own plans will be changed. But My plans for your future are infinitely better than anything you might have envisioned. I created you, I love you, and I know the purpose for which I made you. The true test of your love for Me is obedience. That’s the secret to discovering My will for your life.

This is love: that we walk in obedience to his commands. As you have heard from the beginning, his command is that you walk in love.
