Held

Held

Wherever you are spiritually, whatever you have been through emotionally, you are already wrapped in the Lord’s embrace. Held close by nail-scarred hands. Enfolded in the arms of One who believes in you, supports you, treasures you, and loves you.

Liz Curtis Higgs

I am holding you. Don’t let troubling news or unexpected obstacles throw you off course. You feel emotionally vulnerable and physically weak, but you are not alone. I am a shield around you, and I will hold your head high.

Rejoice in My Word as one who has found a great treasure (Psalm 119:162). Within the pages of the Bible, you will discover that even if your father and mother abandon you, I will hold you close (Psalm 27:10). Close your eyes and talk to Me. Take a deep breath and know that I’m wrapping you in My embrace and enfolding you in My arms. That’s how precious you are to Me. I’m holding you, and I won’t let go.

I cling to you; your strong right hand holds me securely.

Psalm 63:8
